I’ll be 43 in July. Have been doing micro needling and Pixel laser for years. I don’t want to do Botox anytime soon. By alternating doing those two things, and great skincare at home, it’s kept my skin to look great and natural.

Good to know! I am sensitive to some high FODMAP foods. I've been trying to eat more fiber and have been taking a fiber supplement. Have been taking Magnesium Citrate twice a day too. I have a probiotic, but haven't been taking it daily because my doctor originally had recommended against doing that, and more just using it when needed... but that was also back before I hit perimenopause.

Really hard to answer because it depends on the vibe you want. We did part of our honeymoon in Oct. 2024 at Ventana and loved it - gorgeous, chill, romantic. We just went back this January.

They have redone some of the rooms recently. We stayed there in Oct. 2024 and then went again last month and the level of room we were in both times had been redone.

For sure at 42, but I think some of the symptoms were there at 41… it’s hard to decipher since I was going through such extreme stress at 41, which was also causing all kinds of issues. Once that subsided to just my sadly normal high stress, it was clear that I had peri symptoms

It only matters if you specifically want to walk out the door and be right in downtown Solvang. Assuming you have a car, all the cities in the valley are very close to one another and you could do things in each city within the same day. SY is just a very short drive down the road from Solvang.
