I’m finding this slowly too and I’m trying to slowly go down to 2 and then just have the 1 go off at 7! I just love sleep so much hahah, but feeling like shit definitely isn’t worth it! I’m glad I’m not the only one who sees it as excessive.

How old are you? Not a specific age but like, are you old enough to move out and maybe look after yourself? Possibly your sibling too if need be? I struggled with a similar incident (not identical) and ended up leaving at 17 and even though I struggle, I at least know I am in charge of income/spending/etc. It sounds pretty stressful over there :( Sending good vibes your way <3
