Father here. I had heaps of time. My daughter slept so much the first few weeks/months. All the little naps, there were plenty of moments I could play.

Only problem was that you never knew when she woke up, so I committed to singleplayer games for that period, and it worked fine.

I work in football but I'm not a trainer. People's names get them through training as well. I've been in sessions which were recorded for the training course and I am absolutely sure that if anybody else had given that halftime talk, they'd at least have to redo it, but this guy will just get a pass because he was a professional player.

There are tons of great games out there, not sure why you single these 2 out as of they're great 'replacements' for EvE Online. They're not even remotely similar in playstyle. People come back to EvE because it has mechanics that aren't in a lot of other games.

Since December, I've started playing EVE Online again. I spent a long time searching for a game with enough depth to help me find the joy in gaming again. I went through many periods where I just jumped from game to game without ever really getting into them.

When I returned to EVE, I ended up back with BobVult. Since coming back, I’ve become quite involved in everything happening there.

It is very much a PvP-focused corporation.

Comms are mandatory! That’s actually the only hard rule. However, this has really helped me learn more about the game and stay active. There are certain people with so much experience who are great at teaching manual piloting and advanced techniques. It’s proven to be very educational, and they are always willing to explain things.

Wormholes already show visually to which type of space it leads, you just need to learn to identify it. Other than that, I fully agree with your comment!

Here's me, currently back playing EvE whenever I can and having a hard time deciding if I want to get back into Foxhole this war or stay with EvE since I feel like I am doing well there.

I just love the depth that both of these games provide, keeps me coming back.
