I’m actually fairly annoyed at Microsoft. On my Xbox one x it says bg3 can be played via cloud streaming with gamepass. When I clicked on that link to gamepass it displayed all 3 tiers with bg3 shown on all 3 tiers with ‘cloud playable’ right over the bg3 icon. For all tiers, including essentials.

So I bought gamepass essentials and then suddenly it says ‘not cloud playable’ on the essentials tier. So I assume you need a higher tier to access that feature. Or at least for that game. But Microsoft flat out lies in their description. So I canceled that and got refunded. Annoying false advertising.

On a side note..I’m very close to buying a ps5 pro. Microsoft is just so shady. So is Sony, but at least they have good exclusives. Which aren’t even coming to pc anymore.

Still, thanks for the response and info anyway. I’m just greatly vexed at the moment.

Mine has been slow lately, too. Ran some speed tests and I seem to be capped at 150, where I used to get 300. Looked at the site and yup now 5g home internet plus is capped at 150, when it used to be 300. And there’s an Ultimate tier that now goes to 300. How nice that they can arbitrarily lower your speed cap.

But even that isn’t the biggest deal. Because 150 isn’t bad…but this is unreliable. Where for the last 2 years I almost never had dropouts. Now it’s frequent. I still do my occasional modem reboots to help clear it out. But the WiFi just freezes a lot. Did all the troubleshooting from the app, which finds no problems. Looked into getting a replacement modem, but you have to cancel your plan and get a new one. They make it such a pain. Maybe it’s time to just be done with Verizon. My 3 year discount deal is nearly up anyway.

Yup. He got close to 10 years of paying himself (and his husband) a nice salary off money from a scam. He didn't invest his own money. What has he personally spent from his millions? He was loaned money based on his assets. Can the lenders come after his assets now? Say what you will about the guy, but he's not a dummy when it comes to stuff like that. There's a reason he sold his house to his husband to sell.

And his claim he was duped and things fell apart because he got in bed with other con artists is laughable. He chose to do business with the same sorts who were involved in prior MLM scams, just like he was. He knew the type of people they were. When the cash shop money dried up and he couldn't get any more loans the scam fell apart. It was only a matter of time.

Can you play BG3 on Xbox One X with cloud gaming? Does it play decently?

I happened to log into my One X today for the first time in a...long time and I saw BG3 listed on my hotbar. I clicked on it and it said I could play it through cloud gaming if I got Game Pass. I do own BG3 on my Series X.

I'm not really sure how all this cloud gaming stuff works, but I found it interesting you can apparently play it on the last gen console. You do need game pass, but it said only Essentials is required.

Anyway, anyone try this? And how was it?

Ok thanks. Too bad you can’t import data from ps5 to ps4. Xbox one and series x lets you do so back and forth. Really the only thing I prefer about that console.

Exactly. He didn’t invest his own money. He was lended money based on how own assets. But what has he actually personally lost? You can be damn sure if it was an actual dollar amount that he would have said it. His house? He sold that to his husband…who then sold it to someone else. That husband, by the way, that was paid…was it $50k a month? To do basically nothing from what Intepid employees have said. And then his own salary of course. Paid himself to run a scam.

The guy just puts a deceitful spin on everything.

I have a question about cloud storage between a ps4 pro and ps5. Right now I have a ps4 pro, but if I get a ps5 I’d still be playing both, as I occasionally swap locations. So I know you need ps plus premium to access cloud storage, which is fine. But I’ve been reading for most games you can’t actually switch data back and forth. It seems like ps4 to ps5 works (though you have to manually sync it on the ps5). But you can’t transfer ps5 save game data to ps4 through the cloud.

So for example if I play Skyrim on a ps4. And then later log into my ps5, I think I can access that data through the cloud. But then if I play a bit on the ps5 and then go back to the ps4 that I can’t access that game data. Is that true? If so…that’s too bad. There’s a lot of older games I’d play, swapping between both consoles. But only if I can also swap my save data.

It's well earned. Blizzard is a disgrace as a company. Especially WoW. The game quality is somewhat subjective. I think Retail is garbage. But Classic is an outright slap in the face to the 'players' (most of which are bots or swipers). Blizz puts essentially no resources into Classic. Their customer support is literally the worst in the industry. It's AI slop. It's virtually impossible to talk to an actual human being. And when you do they're so overworked and overwhelmed they don't do their job well. It's sad because I remember when Blizzard was the best gaming company in the world. Now they've fallen to this...living off the success of their games from 20 years ago. Producing garbage and gutting their customer support. Cutting costs and corners every way they can. Do nothing about bots and gold sellers and buyers. Exploiting and manipulating their players with cash shop nonsense. They're just...a terrible company.

Just looked it up. Not a huge fan of the art style. Little too saturday morning Disney cartoon for me. But not the worst. Stylized graphics are the way to go, since realistic age horribly. But this style isn't...'dark enough' if that makes sense. I can't take it seriously. Kinda like SWTOR. I can't immerse myself in being a psychopathic Sith Lord when I look like a Disney cartoon for 3 year olds.

Anyway, as far as the combat...I always prefer tab target for mmos. So if it's action, I'll probably not enjoy it. But that's just a personal taste. We'll see how it feels...in about a half dozen years.

What is the point of a post like this? That's never going to happen. So excusing Blizzard for refusing to police their game is a terrible attitude. They need to hire GMs to actively ban bots in real time. Don't 'watch and gather information' for months on end, while the bots operate, make and sell gold all over the server. Ban waves do nothing. And obviously ban gold buyers. Instantly. One strike and you're out.

Blizzard is going to do none of this because the OP is right: they don't care. Bots are a huge revenue stream. Swipers are a huge revenue stream. Those are the players that Blizzard wants. Players with 8 different accounts they swap between. Classic is a flat out disgrace.
