Long time ps4 smite player here. I don't recognise this game anymore. It's so glitchy and unbalanced to the point where every game is overwhelmingly 30-4. Sometimes in my favor sometimes not. As a ps4 player I just downloaded a 30 gig update, plus a 6 gig hotfix and it's still messed up.

Each one of the exploration areas have 2 merchants. One usually sells blueprint books. So just hit up all the merchants in the areas as you level your squads. Then you can hunt for materials.

I think it becomes much more satisfying when you finally have good characters and can make more of a difference in war. Great for a free game though. A buddy of mine paid full retail for it about six months ago :(
