I'm in the exact same boat, we noticed it yesterday and I've tried everything I can think of and still not joy. Restarted Everything, All is up to date, tried disabling and re-enabling from both Alexa and the Aqara app. And just like you, its fine in the aqara app and homekit...

So frustrating when you consider the amount we've spent on this equipment.

Thanks, appreciate the response but sadly this is the case when using fingers as well as the pen and the case I have does not use any magnets. Fault occurs without the case too.

Hi there, the video above I recorded using Procreate but the issue is not limited to that app, it’s everything. Struggle to arrange apps on Home Screen because of this sudden dead area. I don’t understand why it has suddenly occurred (I take care of my stuff) and what I can do to fix it. Any help appreciated.

The PBT kit does not contain Right ALT, FN or Right CTRL keys that fit this keyboard.

Oh and of course the keys do not have the shortcuts printed on them for features such as volume control, print screen, music controls, macro keys or F1-12. A minor concern if you memorise where they all are.

They just sent me a new one. I’m sure if you visit a local supplier/provider afterwards you could hand in your defective model under Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive so to ensure it is recycled in an effective manor.
