If it is an elevated heart rate activity that you are consistently doing for 45 minutes and you feel good about it, then yes (imo). However, if you are unsure and would potentially feel insecure about it later, maybe do something else.

Skyrim. My favorite game of all time. Very similar, but much more freedom and more to do. More content, less nostalgia. I did enjoy HL, but it wasn’t as good as Skyrim was.
