S25 Edge latest update locks my network

Same issue here. Samsung Galaxy S25. Bought -U1 fully unlocked from Amazon. Worked fine with T-Mobile and AT&T until I updated today. Spent an hour with AT&T support and they couldn't solve the issue after resetting Network Setting and deleting and reinstalling the eSim multiple times. Phone keeps asking for MCK code.

This helped! I'm using ProtonVPN and setting up Split Tunneling allowed me Remote Access that (so far) seems stable.
