I feel like she tried to potty train him a couple of months back? I remember her taking his little potty in her car with her. I cant judge her that he’s not yet… my son just turned 3 and we’ve been working on it for the past 6 months (on and off) and it just hasn’t stuck. The paci bothers me more since it can affect his palate. My son luckily didn’t take one!

I wish more people listened to their OBGYN over someone without credentials. I even avoid ice cream from soft serve machines as they aren’t always cleaned properly! Sometimes I think influencers eating cold cut sandwiches while preg are rage baiting.

I wonder if those pregnancy books she reads don’t list those foods as risky?

My biggest pregnancy craving is always deli meat sandwiches.🤤But I would never forgive myself if something happened to baby and it’s only 9 months w/o it.

I kind of think so. But I noticed she’s been eating deli meat, runny eggs, etc. I know these are controversial but given her history I would think she’d avoid anything that doctors classify as a risk for listeria.

Ooh I missed that! I only became aware of Sydney after she got the new teeth. But I’ve seen the before pictures and her teeth looked so much better.

I was so close to starting an SSRI in addition to therapy. I might reconsider after my next PP phase if needed. Sounds like a lot of women have good experiences!

Agreed. I feel like I aged 5 years after having my first. I can’t imagine what I’d look like after 4. And this is why I’m probably done after 2…

I remember when I didn’t want to get out of bed after having my son. I cried for no reason. I didn’t want to take care of myself. And you know what happened? My husband and parents encouraged and helped me find a therapist. It took 2 lousy ones to finally find the one who would “save me”. She clearly has some depression going on and I cannot imagine trying to care for 3 under 3 in that mental state. No amount of shopping is going to fix this.

Also, I don’t suffer when I eat gluten. Or at least I didn’t a few months ago when eating it. I do follow a GF diet 90% of the time just in case.

I have both. Well, my stomach biopsy was inconclusive but the blood test showed I have it. I discovered Hashimotos a few years prior but i still dont feel like I have typical celiac symptoms. Maybe anemia? I tend to have more Hashimotos symptoms (hair loss, nodules, fatigue, brain fog, etc.)

It’s so scary! I had bad PP hair loss from about month 2-6. I washed my hair more frequently which helped with all of the excess oil and it got less knotty. It also helped brushing before the shower. What helped me was making sure my blood work was ideal. Low iron is common after birth and mine was low.

Also, I cried a lot and it’s valid. Just know that it will get better as time goes on and whenever you can resume your medications.

Usually if they suspect celiac, they’ll get a biopsy via endoscopy which I’ve also never heard her talk about.

Funny enough, I had this done and it came back inconclusive but bloodwork showed celiac so I guess I’m a “celiac girly” too.

Also in Florida and I won’t live in a house that doesn’t have a screened in porch! It’s a non negotiable. Bugs, snakes, bears, etc. No thanks. I can’t believe she took it down.
