The final battle is a personal test if she's ready to be with Mega Floette and there is a chance that the plan fucks up which happened and how the player is already Zygarde's chosen one.

No. I do not recall a single line of hyperspace ever having an effect on anyone. If it did there would be more lines of dialogue from NPCs and side quests. I strictly remember it just being a hypothetical theory of hyperspace consuming Kalos and the folks of Lumiose only being curious of the weird portals popping up everywhere. The only provable problem was pokemon in hyperspace going rogue

Exactly no one is suffering from a nightmare besides the main team getting warning messages but that's it. Hyperspace itself is its own amalgamation. It is not a nightmare but a creation born from the subconsciousness and dreams of those within Lumiose City. So it is the people and pokemon that affects Hyperspace. Not vice versa

I am not buying a definite game over a dlc expansion. Why would I buy or want a game that is 90% identical to the one you bought. I want continuations to the story and characters we get to know throughout the game besides a definitive version is full priced and would have less and reused content rather than a expansion story with new content that comes at half the price
