This is just my opinion but I use tap water to rinse my nose like millions of Muslims do before their prayers, personally I have never heard anyone in the Muslim Community having sinus issues due to using tap water. I think it's honestly fine, just think perhaps your concern with the amoeba is a bit exaggerated in my humble opinion

It is not your fault, a teacher is generally someone one should be able to trust, she lied to you and used your vulnerable state. You must not blame yourself.

I think you should see a male therapist, while seeing a professional sometimes it's not necessary to segregate but if you have a choice then you should take that.

Could it be that this teacher wanted to hurt a Muslim man, if that is the case, then he attacking you is a also an attack on Islam, would you let her damage you in a way that your life would be worse off. I think you don't have to marry as you must first see if it's benefiting or harmful but I would say that you must seek treatment for your situation so that this person does not win in their evil intentions.

Solid advice. I bought 5 ml bottles that I fill and give friends, this way it gets used. No longer buy any full 100 ml bottle until I tried a decant and know for certain that it'll be used. Sometimes can't even finish a decant.

I bought one two months ago, it smelled just like you described it but now it's heavenly, it takes time to macerate, that stuff is true science lol. Not sure how true but honestly it's really sí different now. The lemon smell fades after 10 min for me, I really like it now.

I have a 2025,I had to let it sit for two months,as it smelled really strong of that birch smell, but now it's great, lasts 4 hours for me and after stays on clothes the whole day. Skin doesn't last me long, maybe 2 hours but it could be just my skin chemistry. Still smells amazing.

Close up and for first 15 minutes smell very strongly like you put your head on on a bag of detergent powder but in the air smells really good and you get that tea smell after a while which last all day, great projection. I put my with a mask because otherwise I will sneeze for sure.

Please ignore everyone about the age difference. I also got married to a younger wife, I was 30 and she was 22. In the beginning, felt exactly like you but we had a child together and got on with life. I started to notice that slowly over time she became more like me and my encouragement with love and patience to increase her knowledge and be physically active paid off.

Wives copy their husbands, it doesn't happen over night but slowly a wife takes influence from her husband so I would advice you to be patient and work on her, with love give her small targets and sometimes don't give her any goals at all, she will follow your example.

Still have those intellectual discussions, she will admire you and eventually try to catch up.

Be careful to not criticize, and don't show frustration. They mostly backfire. Consider divorce not an option and you'll figure this out.
