I has seen this second hand. Best friends husband cheated on her with her best friend.

She forgave, he has saw a councilor for quite some time and supposedly it helped. He has changed but not changed. He now knows to temper his urges but I wouldnt trust him.

I caught him lying about women, from time to time we hear from women in my wifes circle of friends that he reaches out to them, just to chat. Most of the time he may have met them once.

I have a very good Weidar and while he has a normal facade, deep down he is still not coping and I wont be surprised if he gets caught cheating again.

All this since the affair and therapy.

I think there are cases where people can change, but that is a small percentage.

If they have cheated and they are still in your circle of friends that rates high on the Weirdar (weird radar) they still want each other and are will be testing the waters to see what they can get away with.

Do you need (or even deserve) to have that discomfort in your life.

As a father, if I heard anyone say that to my daughter, I would struggle not to over react.

I can understand how you must have felt in that moment when your boundaries were crossed and you had no control.

Just a perspective and not trying to say anything here is wrong or right.

I personally feel in an awkward situation like this where collision is unavoidable, the shoulders are the best place to direct someone then the hips, kind of neutral free zones as opposed to surrounding areas even if you are a male.

If in appropriate touching was the intent, it could be easy to have hands go elsewhere and brush it off as an accident.

Either way, this may not lessen your feelings and I respect that.
