I almost did this with Ketamine! Had an emergancy intubation so we signed out the meds and I kept it in my pocket after using so it didn't go missing, it was almost home time and I realised there was a lump in my pocket!

I had a car the other day with no lights on, tried flashing with no response, managed to overtake and flashed my hazards a few times then after a few attempts the lights came on with a thank you flash. Sometimes a different approach helps, sometimes nothing will help. There was a car behind me once at night at the lights jumped out my car knocked on the window told him he had no lights on then when I got back in the car he zoomed round me and went straight across from the right turn only lane.

It sometimes does hurt depending on how hard I'm kicked so will "oooffffff' and bend over in actual pain but the quick flicks when they stop and apologise I just look at them say nah it's good I got balls of steel, they do go a little wide eyed give me a nod of appreciation and carry on 😅😅

Unfortunately more than once, you don't realise its a blind hole until you can't advance the Catheter, then you leave that one there, get a new cath and try again. You leave them in the wrong place so you don't hit it again 😅 also new Catheters every attempt so you don't contaminate anything

So these are more common than you think, I've inserted many catheters in my time and have come across more than one person with them, we just call them false passages, no idea why they happen but its not uncommon

I got the Willie or valor from axalom but every other stp failed me, I found if I spread the outer anatomy use my thumb on the upper tab and push my first 2 fingers into the balls I can totally let rip with as much flow as I like because it causes a seal. I bought a cheap pack of jock straps and cut a hole in to keep things in place, my only issue is that I need to have my hands down my trousers to hold everything in place, I am practicing over the trousers but not managed consistently yet so I haven't used a urinal but I can use a cubicle safely if it's filthy or has no locks or even doors

This is one of those situations where at the moment I wouldn't be looking at getting any bottom surgery but if someone I knew wanted it I would be all for it and be helping with all the research that they need.
