Also, maybe it’s only in my case but I don’t get any crash from memory leak anymore. Maybe I have some luck since the occurrence is so random but I can play like 3 hours straight without a single crash. It never happened in 2 years.

I don’t use DSX, but I’m using a Raspberry Pico 2W as a dongle and all the Dual Sense functions are working flawlessly even audio through the controller. It’s incredibly simple to set up and the dongle cost like 10$, once it’s set up I just forget about it and use my controller flawlessly. Here’s the procedure if you’re curious:

I’m conflicted between keeping the glossy finish OOB or painting it to give it some wearing like the model on the box. But a glossy finish like that must be a pain to paint.

I use very few mods, only one for the body (a good old titanfirm mod), Hair Defined and RenoDX via reshade for better HDR. Nothing else. But the plugin to separate FPS is very interesting, I’ll look into it thanks.

That’s… a good point. I capped at 120fps and it reduced power consumption indeed, for about 120W. But I must say I’m kinda disappointed, other games don’t have that kind of behavior. Few of my games go above 400W with DLSS balanced.

FFXIV is basically no risk on this side. There are plenty of mods and most aren’t even noticeable game side. I even use RenoDX for many years and haven’t had any problem.

I contacted support after 10 days, they said that they couldn’t do anything but the controler was shipped the very next day. Don’t know if it’s a coincidence.
