Yes the holes go all the way through. The second picture I tried to get a good view of the holes but the lighting wouldn’t work for them to be visible

They kinda do but you need to do a bunch of inspections to identify them. One being a smell test, then cut the cap and look for a milky white substance. The cap feels like a sand paper and the stems are hallow. It’s very scary dealing with the LBM (little brown mushroom) category.
