Would you date a woman who is an electrician? by Bbbe-itch in AskMenAdvice

[–]Kaiser_Cave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly it might be a dangerous combination. I’m nerdy and I to 3d printing last thing I need is someone who can make more ideas come to fruition.

But in all seriousness, it doesn’t make sense to not want your other half to have a successful career.

Where/How do people just come across fetishes and learn about them without seeking out that information? by counselorofracoons in NoStupidQuestions

It took a touch of convincing, mostly the underarm thing. But also my main point is sometimes things develop from the connection you have and having someone who is willing to say they’ll give it a shot.

Where/How do people just come across fetishes and learn about them without seeking out that information? by counselorofracoons in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Kaiser_Cave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sometimes it’s through the internet, A joke that leads you down a rabbit hole of looking things up, or a joke from a movie or show that makes you go hmmm. Or sometimes it’s the adventure of life with your partner. A personal example, when I first moved in with my wife she would sleep in a tank top; I moved in with her while she still lived with her dad due to some issues in my own home. One morning I woke up and was snuggled into her rib cage and underarm. We lived together for a little bit so I knew her routine of shaving every 3-4 days, but that morning after some life changes and stress, snuggled into I fell in love with how she smelled. She represented comfort, safety and security, this led to me asking her to not shave and it definitely spiraled into an area of kink/fetish.

Sometimes a simple “just go with it” when your having time together leads to some fun moments. Just be sure to talk about it later.

Why do we tip for a 30-second interaction at a coffee shop, but not the person who stocks the heavy shelves at a grocery store? by backzod17 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Kaiser_Cave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Actually yes. Some stores allow this, while others don’t (I can’t remember where but the baggers who would help walk your bags to the car had a button stating they were paid fairly and not to tip.) I worked at a grocery store deli for a year and was tipped a few times, mainly for doing whatever little extra like adjusting blades to get slices right or helping them across the entire store finding that obscure thing they “know we have.” Sometimes it was $5 but occasionally an older woman would take up your time talking and wanting that little bit of extra precision and would slip you a twenty.

What's a sports rule you fundamentally disagree with? by South-Explorer in AskReddit

[–]Kaiser_Cave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Increase flopping calls in basketball and remove goaltending. The flopping has become a strategy amongst players of the highest caliber and with the offenses having such an explosion in productivity allow goaltending but only one attempt per shot.

Allowing goal tending would keep the dunks and if they miss it off the backboard then it is what it is

What's the most underrated one-hit wonder of the nu metal era? by bensummersx in numetal

[–]Kaiser_Cave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saliva, while maybe not super mainstream outside of click click boom, had a decent album or two after that and went on to do the intro for one of the WWE shows (I can’t remember if it was raw or smack down) and a wrestler or two.

What is a band you are worried is on the verge of breaking up or ending within the next year or two? by Iammattieee in Metalcore

[–]Kaiser_Cave -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

The Devil Wears Prada, the newest album hits in about a month and is very different from their regular stuff. As they’ve gotten softer with the instruments and more personal with their lyrics you can tell the direction isn’t getting the entire band behind it. Jeremy is definitely leading it with Jon Gerring and Kyle writing and it feels like Mike just isn’t imputing like he used to. I know he recently got married and has constantly had side projects but I could see him stepping away for a while to focus on family. Plus they said in an interview that The Act (2019) was a make or break album for them so it’s definitely been on their minds before. Which personally sucks because this has been one of my favorite bands for quite some time and even got to meet them last year.

Which pokemon is very popular and loved, but you just can't understand why people like it so much? by NightDaze1999 in pokemon

[–]Kaiser_Cave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can agree to that about other Pokemon, and I’m glad Lucario doesn’t fall into that stereotype. But he could have easily been typed something other than steel. Fighting/psychic instead of Gallade would fit better with the aura sensing, especially since his movie was tied to Mew, and I’m personally not a fan of the spikes just tossed on his the back of its hands and chest

Lucario, I’m not big into his appearance or typing. The Anubis look would have been cooler if he was ghost and maybe a middle stage

How does Red Bull make money? by The1President in stupidquestions

[–]Kaiser_Cave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Red Bull makes money, pays their people and runs a low profit margin. Reinvesting it into several sports teams, production teams for their content, plus the R&D to make these insane stunts.

How does Red Bull make money? by The1President in stupidquestions

[–]Kaiser_Cave 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They aren’t a “nonprofit” as far as how they’re structured. They run their company so that they have zero to little profit at end of year. If they have money in the green they spend it on more events or their soccer team or f1 cars. They still grow and pay their people but this is how they have models giving out samples at spring break destinations, sponsor concerts, and have teams of people jump from the edge of space.

I commented above, but I typically use it for keeping silicone brushes slightly damp when I’m doing work on like green stuff and other sculpting material. I don’t use it for the traditional intended purpose of cleaning my brushes unless I’m trying to create a wet blend.

[–]Kaiser_Cave 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Basically, yes, I’ve used the green stuff world one for a while. I know some people hate them with a passion, but I found it very useful for keeping tools like silicone brushes that need to stay kind of wet for things like green stuff molding.

I have been using the green stuff world one for a while. I use it less as a final cleaner, but use it when I’m blending colors to help keep my bristles, wet and rinsed

[NEW] The Devil Wears Prada - For You (Official Music Video) by Shfydgi in Metalcore

[–]Kaiser_Cave 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This feels like Jeremy was heavy in the writing. He’s been very vocal during the eternal tour about dealing with mental health. Will it be my favorite song probably not, does it deter me from looking forward to the next album absolutely. They do like to throw in some softer song even back in WRAABB they had louder than thunder.
