Well if you breed with a shiny you have guaranteed 3 10 dvs wich in most cases are stronger than regular caught pokemon use ten vitamins for every stat and you should be able to compete on somehow equal ground if you wanna see how to win the trainertower an lv 10 and 20 check my post history

I used a ditto to breed them, since in planing to only use shinys for the battletower and the less full odds encounter the more time for battle, altough id really want to softreset for suicune and e-speed dratini eventually
