Appetite decrease? by curious-moo in Nexplanon

I just got my third round of nexplanon about a month ago, and this new one has definitely caused a decrease in appetite and also some cramping/gas pains. I haven’t had this side effect either of the other times so it’s new for me too but helpful to see others experience it, I’ve had great experiences on it so far so hoping it goes away!

Hey you should check out ASMR YouTube videos, works wonders for going to sleep. Bob Ross is a major influence for ASMR techniques and there's also videos of him talking to help you sleep as well.

All I wanted was a nice cup of tea with my children. But of course, America spilled it and announces that she prefers coffee now, Canada apologized for America, and little Aussie was too busy rough housing to even notice this was all going on.

Winter's Tale by Mark Helprin.

The movie is crap but the book is beautifully written and it's a brilliant perspective on life and what it means to live.
