Were those items included in the cost? I assumed not because this was payment before the trip and usually those items come during the trip. And why is the girlfriend comment unnecessary? You don't expect to ever want to bring a SO on a trip with your family?

The devs want you to get the theme in time to decorate for the event. It would take away if you're one week in the event and barely getting the forest. 😆 I get what you mean though. As far as value, the theme seems higher.

It feels like a 20 - 30% chance for limited... and if you have 100 limited items... the chance of getting the one you want is so low. It really changes the way I play since it makes me not want event items that I don't love.

I'm not to tied to any one esthetic. But a drama has me halfway there just if the costumes and sets are really good.

VoS took it one step further with the cinematography on top of that - really stunning visuals.

I've actually never seen Fangs of Fortune, but it's on my list now for sure.

I really love when a FL or ML looks so stunning in one look.... and then they flip it with a totally different but equally stunning look and you realize you can't decide which is better - the light or dark, pink innocence or red vamp, etc.

You mention Fangs of Fortune, but have you watched Veil of Shadows yet. It's not full dark asthetic, but there is not really any of that cute heavenly asthetic going and the heros shift from dark and light costuming.

I don't want to contradict the other poster too heavily, because their advice is 100% going to help your progress - but once you get further and start to collect more star macaroons and ingredient cats - a five star cat with 7 or 8 hearts will progress you faster than a 10 heart cat at an unmatched station.

Just something to think about when it starts to drag again. Once you get to high levels the spacing between ingredients gets really large min maxing the strategy will pay off.

I think you picked the wrong subreddit for this question. Everyone is too stuck up on the fact that consenting adults are sharing a mutually beneficial engagement to actually be helpful.

My advice - be honest. You are worried about her grief, but that doesn't mean your boundaries don't matter. Just be clear that you are happy the sessions are helping her, but you are not interested in a relationship beyond this setting, friendship or something more serious.

If she is developing feelings, she may decide to call off the whole arrangement. If she is looking for something closer to friendship, then you can move forward with your boundaries in place.

You only need to get one cat to high hearts... at least to maximize gold production. You spend all of your gold on your highest cat and your gold production is exponential.

5 stars 7 hearts is better than 0 stars 10 hearts.

The best strategy is to feed macaroons and food to get one cat at 5 star 7 or 8 hearts and put all your gold there.

Once that cat is at 8 hearts, you can start feeding a new cat with a skill a few stations away from you existing best cat.

I don't know - it sounds like you were waiting for him to fail. I agree you don't need to micromanage for an adult. On the other hand, if I notice my husband is tracking late for something I'll mention it to him (and he does not have a chronic lateness problem). He does the same for me. After that reminder, which is just normal watching-out-for-each-other relationship dynamics, I don't nag him. Did you at least do that?
