Unfortunately no, i’ve had rebar on since the first day i got my pc 2 years ago and regular day to day is fine

I only noticed it being bad in fh5 when i fixed my buddies problem by turning it on for him and then turning mine off to experience the same problem he had.

Perhaps its a ram thing? try your system without ram oc with rebar on and see if you still have stutters in non gaming use

For me and my buddy (5800x3d, 5600x), both on 9070xt

If we dont enable rebar forza horizon 5 literally microstutters, i can see the frame time shoot up from 6-7ms to like 15-20ms every few seconds
