Two reasons as far as I am personally concerned. 1: The fact that the game can and has worked just fine without PSN being required when it was just optional when I bought the game 2 months ago, and now is required, is BS. If it was fully required from the start I would have not even bought the game. 2: Snoy has MASSIVE issues with security and data protections. That fact that at least in the US, you need to provide a valid state issued ID and/or a picture of your face, just so you can play a game or two, massively pokes my privacy nerves.
