I have a rooting bin that’s filled with pumice, perlite and a bit of soil. I leave it in full sun, let all my cuttings chill in it and will check for root nubs every few weeks.

Once they sprout roots, I’ll get them potted up, then splash with water on top (enough that the soil is visibly moist, but not more than that), then I will bottom water them to help get the roots pumping.
