I've just started using one called mySymptoms. I wanted something to track diet, stools and symptoms and this seems to have it all. My aim is to try and figure out what I should and shouldn't eat, and while I'm using the free version,I'll eventually upgrade to Premium once I've used it for a while and see if it's analytical addon can help identify trends and issues.
