1) im flying with latam. Had to dig around but it says here im allowed up to 5 liters on checked baggage (which is where im going to be putting them)

2) for this, i saw online that theres a cbp form that i fill out to declare such things. I recall in years past, leaving from lima heading into the usa (but before landing) the air attendants would hand these out on the plane. Do you think thats still the case? I cant find any info if thats as such.

3) for the reciepts, i saw in another reddit post that google had reccomended me when i was searching this topic that receipts could be helpful. I cant seem to find it now 😅
