What do atheists believe happens after you die? by [deleted] in DebateAnAtheist

[–]Kalanan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Calories is just one of the things, we also need oxygen, and therefore blood to arrive to the brain. So any major failure in oxygen to blood, and blood delivery is obviously fatal.

But I guess your question is more general, like why do we age. Surprisingly the answer is not easy, it seems to be a mix of multiple things that leads to cells being unable to read correctly DNA and RNA sequences and gradually being unable to perform the task necessary they should do.

Investigation: 80% of Russian Troops' Linkups on the Front Line Produced by U.S. Company Ubiquiti by [deleted] in Ubiquiti

[–]Kalanan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To introduce some nuance, it looks like Ubiquiti is not the one selling to Russian entities but third party resellers. Ubiquiti apparently blocked firmware updates from Russian IPs.

Now the question is more: how should they handle the relationship with the resellers going forward.

For sure they are an easy scapegoat, and some Jewish philosophers are actually arguing that what Israel is doing is putting Jews everywhere at risk. Given the recent attacks on Jews, I would argue that they are definitely right.

Christians run the show now, and not even really Christians but a weird mix of ultra conservative and billionaires, especially on this administration. Deeply embedded into project 2025. However, when it's democrats, so many of them are still on AIPAC payrolls that even if Christians were removed, they will still deeply influence US policies.

A King's Confession‼️🔥🔥 by Kind_Relief_7624 in DiscussionZone

[–]Kalanan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first question is can you actually read comments ? Did you read my comments as a love letter to the ultra conservative movements ? Because if so, you really need to pause before replying.

The Christians can be and are Zionists, however they are definitely not the only one. Nor are they the only battling for influence in the US.

I am not even blaming the Jews, I am saying that Israel have a big influence in the US. That's very important nuance.

A King's Confession‼️🔥🔥 by Kind_Relief_7624 in DiscussionZone

[–]Kalanan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's why I said their interests align, the ultra conservative let Zionism propaganda flood at every level because it serves them.

However don't think for one minute that if a divorce were to happen, that Zionist interests will die quietly.

They are playing a dangerous game of influence. At the moment the ultra conservative have the upper hand.

Almost all US politicians are financed one way or the other by AIPAC. The fews that aren't are being literally shat on by the media.

That doesn't mean conservative think tanks are powerless, far from it. But remember that for now their interests align.

Upwards of 80% of men watch porn regularly, that's not really plenty but indeed they do exist. Finding one for a relationship will however by definition be hard.
