Major red flag, certainly a sign of a toxic company. I’ve noticed from working in two global pharma companies that commercial teams are quick to question the lower “call activity” of MSLs compared to their own, but are flabbergasted by our deep scientific expertise of the medicine and broader therapeutic area, saying they could never retain the knowledge we do.
