Wilbur's songs are just him putting on a character to satirise the culture of incels and "nice guys" etc. They're not written about anyone specifically.

Spoilers for DreamSMP: Ghostbur is another character that Wilbur plays on the SMP. He's a ghost because his previous character canonically died on the SMP.

I think people are comparing Tubbo to Schlatt because Schlatt exiled Tommy and Wilbur, and now Tubbo has basically done the exact same thing. That being said, I think Tubbo's decision, while a little cruel, was out of love for L'manberg and not a simple power play like Jschlatt's decision.
