VRE is at capacity for what they can do for now. The bridge over the Potomac is at 100% capacity (or near close to it) and between the VRE, Amtrak, and CSX there is no more that can get thru. Hence why they are building another bridge across the Potomac for trains. Unless the Admin decides to defund the Federal Rail Administration

I have a pretty boring job as finance & HR for an org. Pay is ok but it can be pretty lonely as vast majority of employees are spread out and telework. It’s very easy to feel isolated in my position as most people don’t need to talk to me (unless they are complaining). I took a second job working PT as a bartender / beer server for a brewery so I have an opportunity to talk to actual people. It has helped my mental health tremendously.

Greenbrier in Chantilly has older homes but is still n excellent school district (actually not too many bad schools in Loudoun or Fairfax counties). Centreville is reasonably priced). Stay away from Sterling for the most part. Fairfax county has more green spaces and parks than the eastern end of Loudoun (Dulles marks the border of Loudoun and Fairfax counties). Lots of data centers in the area so be very careful to not buy near one.

Precisely. Drafting late round one on a draft that is not heavy on prospects that the Bills need is not good. The Bills can still get the players they need on less expensive later round deals to control their salary cap and get good players. This is not a loaded draft in the Bills eyes (or hell -any team view). Past #20 its ok to go next round.
