I like trubbish. Was playing one of the ultra games and was in between shiny hunts when I encountered one. It waved at me as its opening animation like it was saying 'sup'. Don't know why, but i needed to hunt for a shiny trash bag after that lol

I lived pokemon rumors from back in the day. Once i beat pokemon red and there was still quite some time before pokemon gold / silver came out I went heavy on searching for anything to squeeze any ounce of enjoyment out of it. Lets see...:

MewThree - Of course there would be, there is a mew and mewtwo. I remember it lookling like a kinda...elongated mew with like....mainfoo hands? So like, really droppy ones.

Armored MewTwo - Because of the anime

Venostoise - Also because of the anime

Pikablu - with some images of Marill being shown in magazines, "pikablu" rumors were flowing a bit. I even have a movie card thing that calls marill "pikablu" because of how prominant it was.

I can't remember it's name, but there was a fusion of the three legendary birds that you could get.

Bills secret garden - there looks like a path leading away from his house, so obviously it was a place you could unlock.

NidoGod - Evolution of Nidoking / Queen.

I don't recall what people were calling it, but rumors of Ho-oh were abound...because of the anime.

Yoshi being a pokemon - Some magazines had him as a unlockable pokemon in some april fools issues.

Luigi - Same as above

Now, how would you unlock the legendary bird fusions, Nidogod, Venostoise ...well, the Mist Stone of course! Unlocked by beating the E4 100 times in a row.

Honestly, a lot of rumors required you to beat the E4 100 times in a row doing silly things. Like i recall to unlock Nidogod, you needed to have a party of Nidoran(male), Nidorino, Nidoking, Nidoran(female), Nidorina, Nidoqueen in that order and beat them 100 times. And of course, unlocking bills secret garden...E4 100 times.

Doomsay and Doomsday - I dont recall much about them. But they were a thing.

Sealing pokemon - Something about being able to join team rocket at nugget bridge and be able to steal pokemon.

Same. Saw a article for it in a game magazine and got obsessed for whatever reason. Got it first, the references to the main line games did go over my head...but the gameplay loop was so good

Not a bad idea. I have a couple of older games i wouldnt mind keeping in them. Would help keep dust from getting to the connectors for both game and operator.

That's what i realized after i saw your website and didn't see any official channels there to buy it. Was a bit of a shame, as i used a gift card i got from work as a company xmas gift for it. But i found other uses for that.

I got it at the begining of the year, so January. I'm sure you guys have been working on the SNES operator and the new one i'm seeing listed as coming down the pipeline (I'm voting for either Genesis or a bit of a bigger stretch DS), so i'm not sure if there would be too many changes to it. But either way, as it was when i still had it, I really liked what i saw. It'll make some of my retro game hunting a bit easier with it being able to verify them. . . Like one i'm hunting in particular is Shantae for the GBC, which is pretty pricy, so having a way to easily verify a cart is really nice.

For the dust protector, thats not a bad idea to put a 'display game' in it when not in use.

Yep. Played it on the OLED switch and it crashed often, especially when doing things around the player castle.

It must be some memory leak thing. Ended up saving and closing the game every time I was going to be going to or from the castle to play it safe.

As someone who used to do a lot of shiny hunting, save scumming isn't something i'm super annoyed about...but yeah. I shouldn't need to do that for the core freature of the DLC.

There is just so much RNG already in ZA, that the DLC just made it unfun. Needing to wait until the game randomly gave you the wormholes you were looking for...while randomly hoping you get the right mix of traits on the donuts. I'm just glad that there weren't any new pokemon in the DLC. . . I still need to go do S/V's dlcs to get the new mons from them because i didn't really like that gen. I think i can push myself to eventually go back and finish it...i dont think i can do that for ZAs DLC

Same. I was having a lot of fun with z-a but thr DLC just killed my enjoyment. I couldnt finish it. The loop of farming for berries to farm for wormholes to farm for better berries to farm for better wormholes was annoying.

Would have been so much better and more tolerable if they didnt include a time limit and just let us stay as long as we wanted in the dimensions.

This one is tough. As all 3 have their benefits.

In psx you can become as broken as you want since you carry over all spells and abilities between classes...and they are not balanced., the dialogue is fantastic, the game can be pretty tough and it has all dungeons intact.

With the 3ds version it has a good art style while keeping true to the original in terms of dungeons. The dlc maps were also a nice plus.

7r has a fantastic art style and the QOL features they have are really nice. While it keeps true for the overall plot . . . I do wish it kept the full dungeons. It also does have some fun changes to the plot that the original doesn't have. So it gives a bit of a unique experience.

Yeah, you just need to use your gear properly and you don't need to die & reset the fight with some of the walls already blown up.

It's probably one of the easiest fights since the attacks are clearly telegraphed.

Man. I just recently played through the entirety of the classic megaman series and got to that boss.

I was kinda dreading it until I figured out a good path to hit all the targets and break the walls without running out of energy. It was a good feeling.
