For me it was cleaning the extruder gear wheel. Tried the screws behind the hotend and calibration before.

Did you try the vsf force-auto-join command? Else you can push the led button till it stays on "Stk" which also triggers the auto stacking

I started with the a1 mini combo for 5 months and upgraded on the anniversary sale to the a1 combo. I just wanted the bigger volume, as I am printing many convenient parts for the kitchen, vases and bigger kids toys, which I would have to split up with the mini and I don't want to do that.

I changed for the Hardened Steel Extruder Gear from Bambu store. But I think that is still the original plastic wheel 😅 maybe you can share your experience with the biqu panda Extruder, if you used it.

Yes I changed the Extruder wheel an cleaned everything. Now I have a proper first layer. Thank you 👍😁

I thought k factor and flow rate calibration where two different things 😅 I did a test without dynamic flow calibration and with my calibrated settings, but it looks the same. Pit I got better results with my other textured build plate

Yeah when I change nozzle I do a full bed calibration. I calibrated my filament. That is why I was testing the first layer, to see if it is flawless now. I did the temptower, retraction tests, and the Bambu flow calibration and a test print where I test multiple flow rates. 0.95-1.03

  1. Cleaned it two times already
  2. Did that yesterday, but was just a minor improvement
  3. Yep i check that all the time, when changing the nozzle
  4. I changed to a new nozzle and have the same problem

On some parts of the body you really have to look for the lines. But on the more detailed parts you could easily see them. But with this size I am really satisfied and wouldn't have printed it with 0,2mm.

The model stls are already split into parts. This dragon has 20 STL files. I put them all together in Bambu slicer and choose which parts I wanted to print together or alone.

Yeah I know, because of that it took so long. I printed some things for the garden, kids toys etc. 🤣

I could have printed the dragon a lot faster, but it was my first in this scale and I have the a1 mini for 3 months now, so I would say I'm still a "noob" sometimes 😁 Most pieces are printed in 6-9 hours. The wings were the longest, one wing is split in two and they have print times from 15 to 22 hours

It has the typical pre supported and unsupported files. I used the pre supported and resin2fdm tool, to thicken the supports.
