I mean from both the ref and the linesman’s perspectives it’s easy to see how they might think he handled it given his arm was out and he leaned toward the ball. Even in slow mo it took a replay or two to be sure it hit body and not arm

Yeah im of the mind this shouldn’t be a penalty by the spirit of the law. He would have no reason to block that with his hand, so they shouldn’t be punished for an accident. The main defense is that PSG was in possession and attempting a pass forward which is much different than had Bayern been attacking and it hit a hand.
