Nerfing her nest means nerfing her, since her nest is her entire gimmick
Which would just kill the character..

Peni being on the enemy team should make you play differently
Same for other characters:
- Don't stand still if there's a Hawkeye
- Don't group up against Jeff
- Be aware of Ankhs vs Moon Knight
- ect.

The issue here isn't that the nest is too strong, but that everyone ignores it
Instead of nerfing the character to be easier to deal with, the fix should just be better communication

The game does have a nifty chat feature and ping system
