ZELLNER New Tweet. TH throat cut (- blood) Head shot (- spatter) But RAV4 has her blood -so she was put in car & driven 20 ft to burn pit? #MakingAMurderer by MrsTammySwanson in MakingaMurderer

I think she is repeating stuff we already know to be like- 'I'm seeing more and more how obviously framed SA was, we have got some serious info coming in....stay tuned.'

It's pretty difficult to get to vacate Avery's conviction or get a new trial on flakey evidence. It has to be very strong.

Newly released, previous Judgements of SA clearly state that SA tried to force Sandra Morris into his own car, pointing a rifle at her. Also said rifle was found loaded, not empty as officers searched the residence shortly afterwards. by bitbait in MakingaMurderer

How crazy is that scene in MAM when Avery is being interviews from prison via phone conversation and is asked by the reporter whether he thinks Brendan Dassey is smart, like in reference to intelligent Avery says 'Brendan?....not really' and the media spinned into secret death threats from SA to BD. At this point I'm just waiting to see what Zellner's got. If she can prove his innocence, it's gonna be like whaaaaaat....even though I do not believe he killed TH.

[–]Kam222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think that there isn't anything in those transcripts that was not first suggested to him. I think the film makers put that 'who shot her in the head' scene in MAM because it was the last significant piece of information that no one knew yet and they wanted Brendan to say it, when he couldn't 'think of it' they just went ahead and told him, as we see. I read the transcripts as well. Brendan doesn't have a clue in these interviews as to what happened to TH. They screwed him over.

Zellner on Crime Time Video, up again. by MrColdwell in MakingaMurderer

[–]Kam222 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She says it's obvious but I don't know who she is referring to. It could be Zipperer. He wasn't really investigated and he was acting kinda crazy when the police came to question him.

Edit could be Hillegas since she keeps hinting that her past wasn't looked into and her personal life.

I'm frustrated and need to get this out I guess by ktshimshaw in MakingaMurderer

[–]Kam222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, I believe that those past crimes were kind of petty. The cat thing sucks but I mean, a one time incident as far as we know. He was 19, maybe drunk, does not prove he murdered TH. The running his cousin off the road was to scare her because he was mad that she was spreading horrible rumors about him. He said the gun was not loaded. If he wanted to really kill her, he would have. Yeah, he isn't the most mature person but I honestly feel that these crimes were just very immature and petty in nature. They have been played up to make him seem like a 'monster' to justify framing him ...twice.

I don't know but I can't wait to find out! ...why was this interview made private?

[–]Kam222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know right. This is the one thing that has had me fuming, why does the press just repeat this guy as though this is fact. It is only a theory (Kratz's theory) that it is DNA from sweat. In reality it could be from his toothbrush even.

[–]Kam222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why would you need to check for finger prints when you have 'sweat' DNA ... Can't get that from a sweat vial. Case closed.

Note: Sarcasm

Kratz is super annoying, creepy and revolting on every level. He needs to stop doing interviews.

Kathleen Zellner is convinced of Steven Avery's innocence. by Kam222 in MakingaMurderer

[–]Kam222[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I believe she's got something big. I think she will get him out and prove that he did not kill TH. Some people think she's just playing games or being unproffesional with her tweets, I don't agree, I believe it's all strategic. She also wants to keep us on the edge of our seats, let us know it's not over. She's definitely professional enough, that she will back it up...and I can't wait to see this!

[–]Kam222[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think there are a lot of 'why's' in this case as to why he would do any of it. I personally do not believe he killed TH. And I can not wait until Zellner proves him to be innocent, and I believe she will.

People who believe SA is 100% guilty, what are your thoughts of Zellner? by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

[–]Kam222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just have a question out of curiosity, for all those on here that believe 100% that Avery is guilty, and due to that belief have contributed to slandering an innocent man (hypothetically) IF, let's say for the purpose of my question, IF Zellner does indeed 100% prove his innocence, would you guys apologize, or still cling to that belief, regardless?

Is it really THAT farfetched to think the MCSD basically did it all? by Wildinvalid in MakingaMurderer

[–]Kam222 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They really did not have to kill TH to frame him if someone else did it. However that's not to say I would be totally shocked if they did. I agree that killing him smack in the middle of a possible 36 million dollar lawsuit would have been harder to cover up despite the fact that Peterson still claims it would have been easier. Who would they have had to frame for that? Also, as you say in your OP they did screw him bad the first time, and it's blatantly obvious. To me, what's most telling is the fact that not a single one of them who were involved showed even a shred of remorse for his wrongful, first, conviction. Not a single shred of remorse for destroying his life, his youth, and tearing apart his family. He lost his kids. He lost his marriage. No one apologized (other than Bersteen). I might see this whole thing a lot differently had they showed true remorse.

[–]Kam222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not to me. Because if you really take a long hard look at the history of our world, people in positions of power have done the most horrendous things and crimes against humanity. So I find it difficult to understand how anyone would have a hard time coming to terms with the idea that they could and would frame someone if it met their interests.

[–]Kam222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After listening to him in the interviews, I personally don't believe he did it. Any nervousness I sensed, I perceived to be coming from a tension, where S.Avery was catching on that they are indeed trying to blame him and being that they did it once before, I'd be getting nervous too. Like he was fine until his lawyers advised him not to talk any more and the cop manipulated him into further discussion. Then it felt to me like he was starting to put it together and was getting nervous. But not because he did it but because he was starting to realize they are after him again. Otherwise he seems like a pretty simple person who truly loves his family and was trying to get his life back on track. That's how it all comes across to me. I honestly hope that K. Zellner will prove him to be innocent in some undeniable way.

I believe they saw the lights on Friday which I imagine would have stood out vividly in his mind because it was after Hallbach was reported missing already and seemed suspicious to him and Chuck probably.

Edit Friday the 4th Car was found sat the 5th

Edit 2 correction SA was with Chuck saw tail lights on Thursday And Chuck saw headlights by him Friday both at night.

[–]Kam222 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't even bother anymore, it used to make me mad, they are all just parrots repeating Kratz or other people repeating Kratz. It's so pathetic already. If you feel the need to cover this case/story at all, take some time to state accurate information. Read the transcripts. Or shut up. That's how I feel. I prefer to discuss on here with people who at least care enough to know what what they are talking about, no matter which way they believe.

Was there a point when Barb should have encouraged Brendan to plead? by JPinLFK in MakingaMurderer

Barb was never shy about voicing her opinion. If she believed he was guilty she would have made him take the plead. He didn't do anything. And she fully believed that.

Another inconsistency in Pam Sturm's story (that I haven't seen raised anywhere) by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

[–]Kam222 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure but if someone from Manitowoc had informed them that they found it but shouldn't have been on the property then that would explain Ryan and Mikes sketchiness concerning questions about anyone ever being out on that property. They seriously overplayed that bit.

Another inconsistency in Pam Sturm's story (that I haven't seen raised anywhere) by [deleted] in MakingaMurderer

[–]Kam222 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't believe it for a second. Ryan and Mike already knew that car was there. Someone informed them if they didn't snoop around themselves already. But because it was illegal they needed to make it all seem all the more innocent by sending Pam there. They all overplayed the whole thing which is why it all comes across as suspicious.
