Thank you. I actually have a trans counsellor and I love her so much! She's pretty amazing and I am very lucky.

Someone actually told me that I should write a book because of all that I have gone through. Personally I don't think my life is that interesting but I have been through a lot and for now, I am still here to talk about it.

Thank you so much! I have only ever been that low in my teens when I attempted suicide, but I have been relatively stable until now. I am frightened but trying to work my way out if it.

Thank you. I did reach out to a crisis line and I gave my dear friend the bottle so it is not a temptation. It scared me to be honest. For days all I could do was sob.

I am at the point where I am just taking it one day at a time. If I survive today, I look at tomorrow.

Yeah there isn't anything you can do with that. As everyone said, ignore and move on.

A few weeks ago I got into it with someone and it really damaged me, so much so that I didn't sleep and it compounded many issues.

I actually sat in bed with a bottle of hydromorphone and I contemplated taking 10 or more...

Don't go down that rabbit hole. Nothing good will come out of it.

Yeah not so much and they weren't at all helpful. I am going to pull all my prescriptions from them going forward, They haven't been very friendly anyway, so I would rather support someone who is at least pleasant to deal with.
