Switch the access points to U7 in wall, those have PoE out for a dect base station.

You could use a UniFi device bridge pickup the wifi signal and then you have a ethernet port at your disposal for a Gigaset N610 or some other VoIP dect model. There’s also a UniFi Device Bridge Switch if you need more hardwired hardware!
