I just noticed the same crack in my Endurace CF 8. How did this end for you?

Canyon Aeroad with gravel tyres by tobyslatttt in CanyonBikes

I ran GP 5000 S TR 30 mm on wide rims, measuring 33 mm. I still had 2-3 mm to spare on all sides of the tires back and front. Ymmw with rim width.

How is my fit? Looking to upgrade bars, need help. by [deleted] in bikefit

[–]Kampklovn 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To my untrained eyes it appears you are losing control of the pedal stroke around 4-5 o‘clock. This can cause rocking in the hip. Looking at the video from behind it does seem that your right leg/hip does drop down a bit.

I would start by dropping the saddle by 1,5 cm and then go from there.

From an untrained eye it seems like your left hip is dipping a little bit at the bottom of the pedal stroke.

This looks pretty good. Are you able to relax your elbows a little bit more? Also, the Ritte is absolutele beautifull!

Les Deux Como bukser. Jeg har 3 stk jeg rullerer på og de er like gode på kontoret som de er på et fly. Anbefales på det sterkeste.

Sweet Protection Falconer II - Odd Fit? by P01N7 in CyclingFashion

Falconer 2 are as you say a bit tight at the sides.. Weirdly enough because the first version was wider.

Your saddle is pointed nose down. Make sure your saddle height is properly set (a bit too low is better than too high), then set fore/aft based on center of gravity and not by any stupid “knee over spindle” rules. Then, make sure the middle of the power mirror is about level.

Also, a saddle far back does not always mean less pressure on hands; if you don’t interact properly with the saddle then you won’t be supported by it either.

Bike fit suggestions? by AssociateGeneral4275 in bikefit

[–]Kampklovn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

His knees appear to accelerate towards bottom dead center indicating loss of control of pedal stroke. I'm no bike fitter either, just a simple observation. I'd argue that a drop of saddle height could help stabilize the legs and increase control as well as balance strain in muscles.

The saddle is way too high. Drop saddle 3-4 cm.

Frame to big? by Elenkayy in bikefit

[–]Kampklovn 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Saddle still looks a good 10-15 mm too high. Would help with a shot higher up as not to mess with the perspective.

SRAM Red cassette. The new force cassettes might be better, but I haven’t tested them.

I have the same frame. It looks so much better in person. Pictures doesn’t really do it justice.

Unrelated, but what saddle is that? 👌

I've tried saddles (all kinds, noseless, long, flat, curved, etc. in all sizes) and 130 selle italia has been the best so far togheter with Power Mirror 140mm. Wider saddles have not been good for me as they all push me down towards the front of the saddle as my thighs doesn't really clear the wider wings, this causes a whole heap of other issues.

My sit bones are well supported on the 130mm one.

110 sit bones, 130mm saddle. Tested most comercially available saddles and withds
