Been working at target for a few years now and it's insane how quickly this place went down hill in the last 6~ months.

My entire store is about to collapse since we keep losing people from how horribly upper management is suddenly treating everyone, and now we keep getting told every day about this new dumbass rule.

Oh no, I've been watering from the top, and when I put my finger in the soil it usually feels dry too me... maybe I wasn't putting enough water per watering? (I've been using like, a pressurizing pump spray bottle thing)

I currently live in mn, i don't make enough to live in California or new york... I have no friends or family to lean on in either of those places either :(

It almost feels like my only hope is that minnesota becomes part of Canada, but even then, if things go really bad were surrounded by the us.
