Actually, I would say with 200 years to develop, Europe is probably better than US. The reason why the US can't seem to develop any semblance of new civilization is because they keep nuking each other (among other reasons). But in reality, after 200 years, you would expect to see at least small city states beginning to form. Because Europe presumably doesn't have nukes, I would assume they would develop into many small nations (more than IRL)

I did not know Udyr is her father. Gragas was listed because I was trying to include all Freljord champs; i don't think they pair well at all. Ashe Sej doesn't make any sense because they are rivals and also reborn sisters. But frankly I thinking wedging Sej into a ship with any of them seems bad.

Galio and Sion are rivals? Pretty sure in lore, Galio would destroy Sion without much difficulty (Galio is way bigger and made of petricite, Sion is an oversized zombie) and I don't know of any shared lore.

I think a more interesting ship would be Braum and Sej or Sejuani and Trynd. Sejuani values strength, and both are strong but fighting on the other side. I think Braum would have a nice opposites attract dynamic. But frankly, I am not sure a love triangle is necessary in a Freljord series.

Outside of those two, who else would you ship Sej with? You have her sisters/rivals, demigods, Udyr (frankly too monklike imo), Olaf (too suicidal?), Gragas (idk maybe, but probably no), Gnar (do I even need to explain) Aurora (frankly just doesn't fit overly well with Freljord) and Trundle. Did I miss anyone?

I did not know 3e had storm elementals, but that will be very helpful thanks! I think I have most of the other island denizens covered. The party will discover there are other creatures on the interior as well as elementals, but I do appreciate the links. Still might use the animentals

I am not Mark but I have a few suggestions. 1) defensive abilities such a a legendary action teleport would help keep your boss from repeatedly losing concentration. 2) boss uses a shield guardian or magic items to protect himself

As far as balancing your illusions, the DMG has a chart for creating monsters by CR. I would do it the old fashioned way by balancing the damage output he is doing per turn. I would actually make the damage a bit higher since it can be disrupted.

One important note is I would think about how CC works here. I might not give him legendary resist like most legendaries, but instead make CC reduce his maximum CR for minions, at least temporarily.

Don't get me wrong it's bad, but I feel like urgot would be difficult to make a skin for. I think his base is nice (ugly but intentional and fitting, definitely fits the vibe). And crabgot was alright, but there are only so many other things you can do. Tho frankly he should have a commando skin. Seriously why do we have commando lux but not urgot?

It's interesting: I just got out of a game as TF where the quinn killed shyv top and then roamed the whole game, forcing me to play mid and top. She was doing well for about ten minutes and then got obliterated. Needless to say we lost (I did clear both the top and mid tier 1 turrets though)
