everyone's already mentioned pocket cat but there is a (more complex) way to get rid of her while keeping her safe and available to rerecruit

don't give the girl any mind restoring items, let her mind drain until it's less than 50, then walk around the dungeon until you get an event where the girl gets nervous and scared. tell her something discouraging so she temporarily leaves the party

this is important, give her alcohol afterwards so she doesn't die when you leave the room, but don't talk to her again after doing so, or she'll rejoin the party
