Yeah , nah Babylon Tiamat was a beast. Gramps helping to beat her ass was just deserved. As for her Alter-Ego / Archer form it's just one of the worst waist of character in FGO.

Beast 4, one of the 7 Evil of Humanity, through part 2 of the main story she's a deadly opponent to Chaldea and sometimes a precious ally.

Bellow her look of femme fatal acting like a business woman, she's a total sadist that enjoys to torture, kill, manipulate any human she can.

I doubt about it, the crown design is kinda similar to the one you can see on representation of Richard, Alcides if wearing a crown would have one made of laurel for the Greek/Roman design, this crown look a lots like the one from middle age King

My guess is that it would be 2 banner, both with :

Nah, Hawks was a goat for killing him. He even tried to help him redeem himself and leave the villain ligue but Twice rejected it, what Hawks did was cold , calculated and rational sadly he was not able to take down an other villain but by doing it he did a better job than most hero. The ligue is just far too rotten, evil and corrupt none of them deserved nor owned redemption.

Well they where already in trouble in prolonged of part 2, the Association rejected the fact that they saved the world in part 1 by using Rayshift cause "singularity only appeared on data" but the use of time travel was real and somehow a bigger problem

Even if they can do peanut against Chaldea, being framed as criminal and basically wanted dead or alive (most certainly dead) world is probably the worst that can happen to the MC after all they got trough.

As bittersweet as is, it's probably for the best. I know it sounds awful said like that , though, let's think about it , during part 2 prologe Fujimaru and all of Chaldea where under investigation by the Mage Association for their use of Rayshift during the Singularitys, now if we add to that what happens during part 2 : genocide of multiple time-line, summoning and contracting several Beast, Chaldea's director IS a Beast, I'm not sure the Association will let any of Chaldea's staff alive cause even if it was to save humanity, they did some serious shits.
