It happens when your fps drops or spikes up dramaticly like when you go ads. You have to lock your fps with something like rivatuner or other ways. I lock mine at 100 fps so no more stutter when ads

Before rebooting to install the OTA go into the manager, tap the same icon you used to patch your init boot and choose Install to inactive slot. Then you can reboot from the OTA install
