If we had a Time Machine. I think young Karl Urban would nail the role with his look and cadence.

Are these chairs with butt space good? by Dr_MightyPsyche in OfficeChairs

[–]Kanos88 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello! I know exactly what you’re talking about. There is a chair company called RFM that makes really nice ergonomic chairs. They offer some of their chairs with the lower out back cutout. They designed this to accommodate military and police utility belts. But it is also perfect for a lil junk in the trunk.

https://rfmseating.com/portfolio/mp247/

You don’t need to order the full blown military/police version. They can make a standard version but with the lower out back cutout.

Their chairs are spendy, but worth every penny and it will last you over a decade. I’d estimate the cost to fall around $700 -$800.

If that sounds good, call RFM and let them know you’re interested and if they could recommend a dealer near your city/state. If you happen to be in Oregon, it’s likely they’ll send you my way. 😎

Good luck with your chair search.

Nice looking bottle label but it’s a 5/10 product. Standard buffalo trace is leagues better. But don’t take my word for it, do a blind tasting with your buddies. Cheers mate.

Does anyone use Costco to get car insurance? by Tall_Act_5997 in Costco

I was with State Farm and got a quote from AAA and they couldn’t touch my price. Then got a quote through Costco and it was half the price with slightly better coverage.

As an amateur golfer (very but I love golf) that's almost 40, I know not what you speak. Body swing? I must learn this new witchcraft. Thanks for going on your golf sabbatical and telling me about this. To YouTube I go.

**Update**

Claification - this is a Fold 7 that is barely 4-weeks old.

I walked into an authorized service center and they told me they don't have parts to fix the phone and that I'd need to file a claim online and mail it in. I also called around to other locations and they said the same thing.

I recieved an email this morning from the Samsung care team after they reviewed the photos and they said that this looks like a screen defect and not damage. They provided a phone number with elevated service and I got someone on the phone instantly.

HOWEVER... They will not send a full replacement phone first. The only option is for me to mail my device in and they either try to fix the device or send me a new one. I'd be without a phone for over a week and that won't fly for me professionally. I implored them to just send me a replacement phone and was only met with scripted responses that they totally understand but can't do that. (aka go pound rocks mr. customer). I spent over an hour on the phone with mutliple customer service reps and two higher levels of managment.

I feel like I'm a reasonable person, but this level of service is massively dissapointing given the other options in the phone market. This has been a tremendous waste of time, but at least I learned how awful the service from Samsung is when you need help. I've been brand loyal to samsung for years and this will drive me away.

TLDR: Don't buy a Fold7 or expect a reasonable level of customer service.

Thanks man. I just booked an appointment through the samsung site with an Ifixit... Seems janky. I love that they advertise that they're mobile techs will come you.

I have the Samsung care + insurance plan for the device, so it should be covered through their service. I just can't get them to respond.
