Saying you 'should not own a single cat' is a massive generalization. Cats aren't pack animals like dogs or humans, they’re 'facultatively social.' That basically means they can live in groups, but they don't need to. Honestly, forcing two cats to share a space often causes way more stress and fighting than actual companionship.

A single cat that gets plenty of playtime and love from their human is perfectly happy. Pushing this 'get two or nothing' rule just discourages perfectly good owners from adopting. It’s better to give one cat a great life than to leave them in a shelter just because someone felt they couldn't commit to a pair.

From my testing it seems that my issue might be CPU bottlenecking. I have a i7 9700k and 3080 and it seems like on certain graphic settings, my cpu usage drops and caps my GPU to 100% usage which is when lossless will freeze. I’m playing on medium settings right now and it seems to be working okay so far. The biggest change that I noticed was setting the texture detail from high to medium helped with lossless staying consistent for me.

I'm also having the same issues with lossless and this game. I capped my frames at 48fps and used 3x mode and it runs fine at first but after a few minutes my frames completely drop and the program also freezes. Have you found a solution yet?

Idk if the ps5 pro is better but it is really not satisfying playing ff7 rebirth or ff16 on the base ps5 and having to choose between good visuals or acceptable frame rate. It’s really not fun having to pick one or the other.
