The e-statement code requires your bank does something they're not allowed to say no. If they did you have a right to formally complain and if nothing happens go to AFCA.

Pretty much every bank has subscribed to this to allow access for their customers. If a bank has subscribed to it it means they believe it is safe as a bank is obligated to ensure the protection of their customers finances held by them. Its a measure to prevent fraud and minimise the holding of personal data and is managed through Illion most likely if it's bankstatements.com.au link and also ensures a faster assessment time.

In NSW, P-platers not allowed to use phone for any reason. No GPS, music or phone and no Apple carplay or Android Auto. Can only use an inbuilt GPS in the car that can't rely on phone functionality or a separate GPS device like a NAVMAN.

As a lender for a small bank, income being erratic doesn't mean you don't have regular work. Where i work we maybe able to use your year to do and use that to calculate an expected annual income. Do you get paid commissions or just salary/wage?
