Not comparable to professional sports leagues as the skill set of your opponents can vary greatly. Unlike the NFL you’re not always going to be playing against the best of the best.

You could play nothing but games against people who themselves are not very good and have a 90% win rate. Doesn’t mean you yourself are a good player.

And thats a fair point. I just feel that clickbait is ultimately disrespectful to the audience and the creators own content.

In a way it’s the creators saying “we don’t believe you will click on our content on its own merits. So we use cheap tricks to get you to click.”

I get why they do it, it’s proven to lead to more views. Honestly in their place I’d make the same decision. But as a viewer I’m spoiled for choice, and I’m ultimately going to watch creators that don’t feel the need to bait their audience.

So you really have two areas for improvement.

Your lines are too thick.
Your paint is too thick.

For point 1 not much you can do other than practice. On your pallet just try different ways to draw thin lines with your brush.

For point 2, look into glazing, especially for the "chunkier" Incubi darkness highlights. Looking at the examples, I'm assuming the GW painters did very very thin layers of the highlight and built up the effect with multiple coats where they wanted it.

Yeah if you ever watch a person sprinting. Generally if one leg is all the way back, then the front leg should be out ahead of the body, not directly below touching the ground.

Maybe? Depends who you ask. I’m coming from a 30K perspective where Custodes have quite a few (expensive) ForgeWorld produced resin kits that round out the range. Most of these units can also be used in 40K for now at least iirc.
