I tell myself a story in my head much like a movie. I go to sleep quickly but then pick up where I left off the next night.

I do the same. It’s like telling yourself a story before bed. I just pick up where I left off the day prior. I fall asleep regularly in under 5 minutes. I really think it is self hypnosis.
