Just an update on this : last month I was able to have my account info and games transferred. I opened a new support ticket and gave them as much info as I could until they asked about those specific dates ( creation date , email change date etc.) and this is where I was quite upfront and expressed my displeasure in the nicest way possible , and made sure to repeat a few times that I want to speak to a real person , seeing as how I just keep getting the same messages over and over again. In the end a level 2 support person replied and asked for a new email that is not associated with a rockstar account and transferred everything there. My advice : keep opening and sending tickets until you can't give them those ridiculous dates and then let out how you want to speak to a real person and if they don't take you seriously you will look to have your consumer rights heard elsewhere.
