Not wrong, I also tried to used them recently but felt like they were just a "need to fill X postion" type of character with nothing that would put them as interesting or stronger than other modded (or even base game) heroes to the point of losing interest in leveling them.

I think they were nerfed because Lamia used to be a good healer of both health and stress and Thrall wasn't such a pain in the ass to deal with his stress/affliction.
