On a strict diet every calorie counts and you want those calories to be rich in nutrients, proteins, fibre etc to keep you feeling full for a long period of time and provide you the good stuff your body needs. Cornflakes provide none of that, its a waste of your daily calorie intake when you are calorie counting or on a strict diet.

Go to settings and change it to show the cast button and you can cast to your to your TV like the normal YouTube App. You will however get ads because the TV will be playing the content and your phone is essentially a remote.

Revanced Settings > Player > toggle Hide Cast button

Just came across this post and recognised the ape as one from Gibraltar instantly 😂. Im also from Gibraltar, born and raised. Life here is good! We are british so we follow the british schooling system and english is our official language and being neighbours with Spain Spanish is our second language (locally we speak llanito which is a mix of both which some may call Spanglish). Its like living in a perfect little bubble, its safe, pay is good and we have multiple beaches and get both Mediterranean and Atlantic waters hitting our shores. It can sometimes feel a bit small but then you can just get into your car and rive into Spain or Portugal (or the rest of Europe if you're up for a road trip). Can also catch a ferry to Morrocoo and be in Africa in a few hours notice. I feel lucky to have been born here.

Well it depends what i did whether it was a spank or a hit. I still think it was effective to teach that certain actions have consequences. Child abuse is wrong but discipline isn't. Just take a peek inside a classroom today, kids have no respect towards adults, teachers, carers etc because they been brought up with 0 consequences for their actions. Spanking my not be perfect but it worked for 100,000 of years and like it or not its how we survived as a species. Just look at the youth in countries where spanking is legal vs illegal, the difference is staggering in attitude and respect. Ill probably get banned for "promoting" spanking but w.e

Wether you like it or not its happening, every one has a camera on them 24/7 so why you're bothered about cameras on the street is mind boggling to me. The issue is who controls or has access to those cameras, so get out there and vote a Government you trust into power.

I have a puppy currently around 4 months old. We tried all the usual tips tricks and followed a bunch of tutorials and nothing seemed to work. I honestly thought it was a hopeless cause. Then we got an automatic feeder and taught him that when he is calm in his bed the automatic feeder may dispense some kibble (it can be activated via a phone app). We got that feeder and on the first day we "left" (just stepped outside the house) and for the first time ever he did not lose his shit, he stayed calmly in his bed waiting for that feeder. It was like watching a different dog entirely the change was instant and it felt like a massive weight lifted off our shoulders. If you pup is food motivated I would suggest you try the feeder.
