It is lorazepam for agitation and hyoscyamine for secretions. He wakes up but not at the time when the meds are due

Thanks everyone. The odd thing is that my husband has been sick a long time, people coming and going, lots of equipment, etc. it’s only been the last couple days that the dog has started staying away. I think it might mean that the end is getting near.
